Neosho School District Volunteer Application
Volunteers play an integral role in our community, and we appreciate your interest in giving your time to Holland Hall. If you don't have a specific volunteer position in mind, please look over the many choices under the Volunteer Opportunities tab at hollandhall.org/parents, before filling out the volunteer application.
If you know where you want to volunteer, please complete the volunteer application and submit all information requested. It is very important that the information you enter on the application matches your government-issued identification card, including your full legal name. It is also important that you provide a valid email address so you can be notified as to the status of your application and for future communication.
Holland Hall is committed to the highest ethical and professional standards. Every community member, including volunteers, are required to observe high standards of business and personal ethics. Below are Holland Hall's Volunteer policies, including those for harassment and child abuse. By signing, you are agreeing to abide by the policies and procedures below:

I will not discuss with others at any time, any student information that I might have access to that may be considered confidential.
I will report any violations of the School's policies in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Volunteer Handbook.
I agree to not be alone with any students.
I have not been convicted of any offense involving a minor.
I authorize Holland Hall to conduct a background check.
You are required to complete a new application each year. All applications for the 2022-2023 school year will expire on June 1, 2023. As part of standard safety practices, all volunteers and visitors must provide a photo ID the first time they visit the Holland Hall campus. A national check of the sex offender registries is completed each time a volunteer checks into our facilities. Other criminal history websites are checked if you are volunteering on campus and have contact with students. Please answer all legal questions completely and honestly to ensure that you will be eligible to volunteer.
In completing this application, I agree to conform to the rules and regulations of the school, and that I can be relieved of my volunteer duties, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at any time, at the option of either the school or myself.
I authorize Holland Hall to investigate, inquire and receive information regarding my application to volunteer and authorize entities with information regarding my background to make full disclosure to Holland Hall. I release Holland Hall and all entities supplying such information from any liability, claim or damages arising out of or relating to the investigation into my application to volunteer.

TIPS FOR COMPLETING THE APPLICATION:
Enter your full name and address as it appears on your driver's license.
Please choose only the areas where you would like to volunteer. Choose each child's branch and list all children's names and grades.
Make sure you scroll down to the end of each section of the application to complete all requested information.
If you don't get an approval email within 72 hours, check your SPAM mail.
Don't forget to click on "Finish" to complete your application.
